By browsing and ordering from The Considered Gift, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the current version will always be available on this page.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We make every effort to display prices and details accurately, but errors may occur. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative.

Occasionally a piece in an edit sells out before dispatch. If that happens, we will contact you with a like-for-like substitute for your approval. If you do not approve the substitute, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total, including any shipping.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Please see our Shipping policy for full details.

If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace or refund it in full. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier, but we will help chase them.

Edits containing alcohol are sold only as a gift to a person other than the purchaser. The purchaser and the recipient must both be 18 or over, and an adult must sign for the parcel on delivery. Deliveries are made between 7am and 7pm. We may be unable to deliver alcohol to some states or remote areas and will contact you if so. No alcohol is delivered to the purchaser's own address.

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this site, including images, copy and our brand, is owned by The Considered Gift and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
