How long until my order is dispatched?

Orders are hand-wrapped and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Pre-order edits are dispatched on the date shown on each edit, which for our Christmas pre-orders is early December. You will receive a confirmation and tracking email once your gift is on its way.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within Australia only. We are not taking international orders yet, but we hope to before long. Join The Considered Few and we will let you know when we do.

Where are your gifts curated?

Every edit is curated in Sydney and on the Gold Coast, then hand-wrapped and delivered Australia-wide.

Question 4

Can I include a gift note?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your message at checkout and we will handwrite it onto one of our considered cards, included with your gift at no extra cost.

Is gift wrapping included?

Accepted Answer

Every edit is hand-wrapped in our signature wrapping as part of the experience. There is nothing extra to add.

Question 6

Can I order an edit with Champagne?

Accepted Answer

Yes, where an edit offers it. Alcohol is included as a gift only and must be received by an adult aged 18 or over, with an adult signature required on delivery.

Can I order for a specific date or Christmas delivery?

Accepted Answer

Christmas pre-orders are dispatched from early December, in the order they were received. Each edit is made in small numbers, so we recommend ordering early. For a specific date, add a note at checkout or contact us and we will confirm what is possible.

What if my gift arrives damaged?

If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos and we will replace or refund it in full, including any return postage.

Question 9

Can I return a gift?

Accepted Answer

Because each edit is assembled as a whole, and many include food, skincare, fragrance or alcohol, we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been dispatched. You can cancel or change any order, including a pre-order, for a full refund before it is dispatched. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Do you offer bespoke or custom gifts?

Yes. Through Curate With Us we commission one-of-a-kind gifts for individuals and occasions. Tell us about the recipient and we will begin the curation.

We do. We curate bulk and bespoke gifts for teams, clients and events across Australia.
